At Playbill Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days.

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and include the RMA number inside the package before shipping it back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
